Pear-Applesauce with Amaretto

INGREDIENTS

3 1/2 c Cubed peeled Granny Smith apple
2 1/2 c Cubed peeled Bartlett pear
2 tb Water
2 tb Brown sugar
1 tb Amaretto

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine the first 3 ingredients in a large saucepan; cover and cook over
low heat 40 minutes or until very tender. Mash to desired consistency; stir
in sugar and amaretto. Yield: 4 servings (serving size: 3/4 cup).

Carbohydrate; 0mg Cholesterol; 4mg Sodium
