Pear Cheese Salad

INGREDIENTS

1/2 c Oil
3 tb White wine vinegar
1/4 ts Salt
1/4 ts Dry mustard
4 Pears; thinly sliced
2 tb Lemon juice
4 oz Shredded Swiss or Cheddar cheese (1 cup)
1/2 c Chopped pecans
Bibb lettuce

INSTRUCTIONS

DRESSING
SALAD
In small jar with tight-fitting lid, combine all dressing ingredients;
shake well.
In large bowl, gently toss pears with lemon juice. Add cheese and pecans.
Pour dressing over salad; stir gently. Serve in lettuce-lined bowl.
