INGREDIENTS

1/2 sm Head green cabbage
1/2 sm Head red cabbage
2 lg Carrots
2 Tart apples
2 tb Dried chives
1/4 c Apple cider vinegar
1/2 c Plain yogurt
1/2 c Mayonnaise
2 ts Celery seeds
Salt and black pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix together green and red cabbage, carrots, apples and chives. Toss well.
In another bowl mix together vinegar, yogurt, mayonnaise, celery seeds,
salt and black pepper. Stir to mix well. Add dressing to cabbage mixture.
Toss together well. Adjust seasoning. Chill until ready to eat.
Approximately 5-8 minutes.
Per serving (excluding unknown items): 1160 Calories; 100g Fat (71%
calories from fat); 13g Protein; 77g Carbohydrate; 53mg Cholesterol; 775mg
