Ramon’s Crab And Shrimp Casserole

INGREDIENTS

1/4 c Butter
1/2 c Finely chopped Onion
2/3 c Finely chopped Green Bell
Pepper
3 Cloves Garlic, finely
chopped
1 10.75 oz Cream of Mushroom
Soup
1 c Cooked Crab Meat
1 c Cooked Shrimp
3 c Cooked Rice
1 Jar, 2 oz chopped
Pimientos drained
1/4 c Finely chopped Italian
Parsley
2 t "Louisiana" Cajun Seasoning
1/2 t "Frank's" Louisiana Cayenne
Red Hot Sauce
1/2 c Breadcrumbs

INSTRUCTIONS

Start the rice. Saute' onion, green pepper, celery, and garlic until
limp. Add soup and stir well. Add crab meat, shrimp, hot rice,
pimientos, and parsley. Mix well. Pour into greased casserole dish  and
top with breadcrumbs. Bake 20 minutes in pre-heated 400 degree  oven.
