INGREDIENTS

1 1/4 c Soy OR dairy milk
1 pk Silken tofu* *from 10.5 to 12 ounces
1 pk Ranch dressing packet 1-oz

INSTRUCTIONS

SALAD DRESSING MIX
Put the soymilk, silken tofu and dressing mix into a blender container.
Whirl until well blended, scraping down sides if necessary. Put dressing
into a jar and store in the refrigerator.
(Yield: 2-1/2 cups (10 servings). Serving size: 1/4 cup. PER SERVING: 42
calories, 1 g total fat (0.1 g sat fat), 3 g pro, 4 g carb, 231 mg sodium,
0 mg cholesterol. )
