Ranch-style Turkey Kabobs

INGREDIENTS

1 lb Turkey tenderloins, cut
into 1 1/2 inch cubes
2 Zucchini, sliced 1 " thick
1 Red bell pepper, cut into
1 1/2 inch pieces
1/4 c Purchased ranch salad
dressing

INSTRUCTIONS

Spray broiler pan with nonstick cooking spray.  Thread turkey cubes,
zucchini slices and bell pepper pieces onto four 12 inch metal
skewers. Brush each kabob with 1 tablespoon salad dressing. Place
kabobs on spray-coated pan.  Broil 4 to 6 inches from heat for 10 to 12
minutes or until turkey is  golden brown and no longer pink, turning
once halfway through cooking.  Makes 4 servings MMFormat by
