Raspberry Frozen Yogurt Float

INGREDIENTS

4 md Pears; peeled and diced
2 c Raspberries; fresh or frozen
3 c Nonfat plain yogurt
1 tb Pure maple syrup
1 qt Seltzer water; chilled

INSTRUCTIONS

Puree the raspberries in a food processor or blender. Strain the puree
mixture and set aside. Puree the pears, then add the raspberry puree,
yogurt, and maple syrup, and process until thoroughly combined.
Put the mixture in a shallow bowl and freeze overnight. Let the frozen
yogurt thaw at room temperature for 30 minutes, or until slightly softened.
Scoop the yogurt into 4 tall glasses and add 8 ounces of seltzer to each
glass.
Per serving: 235 Calories; 1g Fat (5% calories from fat); 11g Protein; 48g
Carbohydrate; 3mg Cholesterol; 133mg Sodium Food Exchanges: 2 Fruit; 1
