INGREDIENTS

1 Onion, chopped
2 Black beans, I know it says
"red" beans but I prefer
black purists can
substitute kidney beans
2 Bay leafs
1/2 c Chopped fresh parsley, do
not use dried
parsley!!!!
Tabasco to taste, boy does
that leave an opportunity
open!

INSTRUCTIONS

Add enough water to make it just a little bit soupy.  Simmer for one
hour, stirring periodically. Serve over rice.  The original recipe
also calls for adding sausage, like a polska kilbasa, not breakfast
sausage. I'm vegetarian, so I don't add it. Snyder_Curtis
