Red Fruits En Papillote With Jersey Cream

INGREDIENTS

200 g Strawberries, 7oz
200 g Raspberries, 7oz
200 g Red/black currents, 7oz
Caster sugar to taste
4 T Kirsch, 50ml
Greaseproof paper
1 250 millilit jersey cream
9fl oz

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine the first five ingredients in a bowl and leave for 5 minutes.
Then divide into 4 greaseproof parcels and bake at 200øC/400øF/gas
mark 6 for 20 minutes. Serve with plenty of cream.  Converted by
