INGREDIENTS

1 sm Onion
1 Clove garlic
1 tb Olive oil
1 lg Red pepper
4 Sprigs marjoram
Freshly ground salt and pepper
150 ml Double cream; (1/4 pint)
Lime juice

INSTRUCTIONS

Heat the olive oil in a pan and cook the onion and garlic until soft. Add
the pepper, herbs and seasoning and cook until soft. Add the cream and cook
to reduce. Blend and sieve. Then add an equal amount of olive oil, the lime
juice and some fesh picked leaves of marjoram.
