INGREDIENTS

1 tb Lemon Juice
1 tb Red Wine Vinegar
1 tb Red Wine
2 tb Olive Oil
1 ts Water
1/4 ts Salt
1/8 ts Freshly Ground Pepper
1/2 ts Dry Mustard
1/2 ts Dijon Mustard
1 ts Dried Basil
1 sm Clove Garlic; Finely Minced
1 sl Onion; Minced, Or 1/4 Tsp Onion Powder

INSTRUCTIONS

Red wine softens the sharpness of vinegar and lends a richness to this
dressing.
Whisk all ingredients together in a bowl, or combine in a glass jar, cover
and shake well.
Yields: 1/2 C (8 Tbsp)
