3/4 c Sugar
6 c Cold water
Mint sprigs, (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine Tamarind Puree and sugar in a pitcher; stir. Add water; stir.
Yield: 2 quarts (serving size: 1 cup).

Carbohydrate; 0mg Cholesterol; 10mg Sodium
Serving Ideas : Serve over ice. Garnish with mint, if desired.
