INGREDIENTS

2 tb Butter or margarine
2 c Chopped cabbage
1/2 c Chopped onion
1/4 ts Caraway seeds
Salt and pepper
2 1/2 To 3 oz. pkg sliced corned beef,; chopped
1/2 c Shredded Swiss cheese
2 tb Thousand Island salad dressing
5 Oz. can refrigerator biscuits

INSTRUCTIONS

Melt butter or margarine in skillet. Add cabbage, onion and caraway seeds
and cook, stirring frequently, until cabbage is tender. Season to taste
with salt and pepper. Mix corned beef, Swiss cheese and dressing. Line two
individual greased baking dishes with the biscuits. Divide the hot coabbage
mixture between the two dishes. Top  with the corned beef mixture. Bake at
375° for 18-20 minutes, until browned. MC formatting and posted by
