Ribs With Plum Sauce

INGREDIENTS

5 lb Pork spareribs, 5 Or 6 Lbs
3/4 c Soy sauce
3/4 c Plum Jam Or Apricot
Preserves
3/4 c Honey
2 Garlic cloves, Minced

INSTRUCTIONS

Cut ribs into serving-size pieces; place with bone side down on a  rack
in a shallow roasting pan. Cover and bake at 350F for 1 hour or  until
ribs are tender; drain. Combine remaining ingredients; brush  some of
the sauce over ribs. Bake at 350F or grill over medium coals,
uncovered, for 30 minutes, brushing occasionally with sauce. Yield: 6
