INGREDIENTS

1 6 1/4-oz. Golden Grain
Fried Rice-A-Roni
8 Eggs
1 T Soy sauce
1/2 t Salt
1 ds Pepper
1 16-oz. bean sprouts
drained
1/4 c Sliced green onion
2 T Cornstarch
2 T Soy sauce
2 c Water

INSTRUCTIONS

Just call me Skeeter and I live in Maine about forty miles north of
Bangor. Real boondocks out here. Love to cook and I collect cookbooks
and recipes. Have a couple Rice-A-Roni recipes for you. Hope you  enjoy
them. They came from my "Favorite Brand Name Recipe Cookbook".  Prepare
Fried Rice-A-Roni according to package directions; cool. Beat  eggs
with 1 tblsp. soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir in cooked  Rice-A-Roni,
bean sprouts, and green onion. Drop mixture by 1/2  cupfuls onto
greased griddle. Brown on each side.  Sauce: Combine cornstarch, soy
sauce, and water; cook until thick.  Serve over Egg Fu Yung. Serves 4.
