Rice And Butternut Squash Pilaf

INGREDIENTS

6 oz Box wheat pilaf mix
8 oz Butternut squash
pared/seeded -cut into
1/2
inch dice
4 oz Diced cooked ham
10 oz Frozen green peas

INSTRUCTIONS

Cook together wheat pilaf mix, according to package directions and
butternut squash. When squash is tender and pilaf is cook, about 15
minutes, stir in ham and thawed peas. Makes 6 servings. MC formatting
