Rice-bottom Pizza

INGREDIENTS

1 c Cooked rice, about 1/3 cup
1 c Grated Parmesan cheese
1 Egg, beaten
1 T Butter or margarine
1/2 lb Sausage or ground beef or
mxiture
1 Onion, diced
1/2 Green pepper, chopped
optional
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 c Tomato paste
3 T Water
Oregano, to taste
Mozzarella cheese

INSTRUCTIONS

Prepare the crust: Preheat the oven to 350F. Mix all ingredients
together and place in a round baking dish or pizza pan; press the
dough with a fork until 1/4" thick.  Bake in preheated oven for 10
minutes. Remove and let cool.  Prepare the topping: Mix tomato paste
and water; set aside. Cook the  meat with onion over medium heat, until
meat is brown. Remove from  heat; add peppers and S&P.  When crust is
cool, evely spread the tomato paste mixture  and  sprinkle with
oregano.  Spread with the meat filling; top with Mozzarella. Bake at
