INSTRUCTIONS
Combine rice, sour cream, salt, pepper and 1/2 cup cheese. Spoon into a
buttered, shallow 1 qt baking dish(I just spray with a little PAM). Top
with remaining cheese. Bake 350 for 20 minutes.
