Meats Rice 6 Servings

INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 c Uncooked rice
1 Stick butter
2 cn (13-oz) chicken broth
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
1/2 c Blanched almonds
1 cn (4-oz) mushrooms; drained
1/2 c Chopped onion

INSTRUCTIONS

Saut. rice in melted butter until light brown. Pour into 9x11 baking dish.
Add chicken broth. Add any or all of the last 3 ingredients. Bake at 350°
for about 45 minutes. Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
