Rice Wine And Soy Dipping Sauce

INGREDIENTS

1 c Rice wine vinegar
2 T Sesame oil
1 ds Soy sauce
3 T Hoisin sauce
1 t Minced garlic
1 T Minced shallots
1 T Chopped cilantro
1/4 c Chopped roasted peanuts
Salt, to taste
1 pn Red pepper flakes
1/2 Carrot, cut matchstick
strips – about 1/4 cup

INSTRUCTIONS

In a mixing bowl, whisk all the ingredients together. Season with  salt
and pepper. Refrigerate the sauce for 2 hours before serving.  This
