Rich Chocolate Truffles

Dairy 24 Servings

INGREDIENTS

4 oz Semisweet chocolate, broken into small pieces
1 tb Liqueur of your choice – Grand Marnier or Cointreau, or Tia Maria, Chocolate Almond, etc.
2 c Confectioner's sugar, sifted
1/2 c Unsalted butter, softened slightly
2 tb Instant chocolate milk mix (or cocoa powder)

INSTRUCTIONS

Melt the chocolate over low heat. Remove from heat and beat in the
liqueur, confectioner's sugar and butter until smooth. If necessary,
add a little more confectioner's sugar to give a firm paste. Divide
into 24 pieces and shape into balls. Roll each one in the instant
chocolate milk mix until completely covered, then place in paper candy
cases.
