INGREDIENTS

1 cn (28 oz.) whole plum tomatoes with juice
1 c Uncooked rice
1 c Water
3 Fresh jalapenos; seeded and minced
1 sm Onion; diced
2 tb Durkee® red hot sauce
1 tb Butter
1/2 ts Salt
1 Clove garlic; crushed

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine all ingredients in a kettle, breaking up tomatoes with a spoon.
Simmer uncovered for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally. Let stand 10
minutes before serving.
