INGREDIENTS

20 Heads of Garlic, more if you
prefer
1 Ripe Mango, Seeded
1 Ripe Papaya, Seeded
1/4 c Brown Sugar Substitute, Use
Real if you like I'm
Diabetic so I don't
1/4 Orange Juice Concentrate
1/4 c Vinegar, Balsamic Works well
Makes it look like Black
Death
1/8 c Chinese Mustard, up to 1/4
1/3 c White Wine, up to 1/2
Black Pepper
12 Habs, Scotchies more or less
Chipotles work but
change
the flavor and color of
the
Mustard to a diarrhea
brown

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix The Mustard and the wine together first let stand until it sets
up. Peel and seed the Mango and Papaya and put in a blender. Mince  the
Habs(I Keep the seeds in the peppers) add the rest of the  ingredients
and black pepper to taste. Then Blend the Daylights out  of it.  This
makes a good sauce for Chicken(on the Grill of course) Hot dogs
