INSTRUCTIONS
Thaw hash browns and place in a small roasting pan. Melt butter in half &
half. Add salt. Pour over potatoes. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake at
350~F for 1 hour and 15 minutes, covered for 1 hour, then remove cover to
brown.
