Roast Beef Roll-Ups

INGREDIENTS

1 pk (6-oz) herb stuffing mix
1 2/3 c Margarine or butter
6 sl Cooked roast beef; 2-oz each, from deli; 1/4" thick
1 Jar (12-oz) beef or brown gravy

INSTRUCTIONS

MICROWAVE DIRECTIONS: Prepare stuffing mix as directed on package, using
1-2/3 cups water and 1/4 cup margarine. Place 1/2 cup stuffing mixture on
each slice of beef. Roll up, enclosing stuffing. Place beef rolls, seam
side down, in ungreased 8-inch square (1-1/2 quart) microwave-safe baking
dish. Pour gravy over beef rolls. Cover with microwave-safe waxed paper.
Microwave on HIGH for 8-10 minutes or until hot, rotating dish once halfway
through cooking. 6 servings.
