Roast Pork Tenderloin

INGREDIENTS

1 ts Dried rosemary
1 ts Dried thyme
1 lg Garlic clove; minced
2 Pork tenderloins; 1 1/2-2 lb.
1/4 c Margarine; melted

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine rosemary, thyme and garlic. Set aside. Brush pork tenderloins with
margarine. Roll in herb mixture, coating evenly. Place tenderloins,
fat-side up, on a rack in a shallow roasting pan. Insert meat thermometer
into thickest part of tenderloin. (Don't touch fat) Drizzle with remaining
butter. Bake a 375 F. for 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes or until 170 F.
