Roasted Asparagus in Balsamic Vinegar (Brennan)

INGREDIENTS

Asparagus
Balsamic vinegar
Olive oil
Salt
Pepper
Tarragon

INSTRUCTIONS

Pour balsamic vinegar to a depth of 1/2 inch in a shallow baking dish; add
a little olive oil, salt, pepper, fresh tarragon and spears of asparagus.
Let marinate for an hour or so, then roast in a 400 degrees oven for about
20    minutes, or until tender.
