Ingredients:
3 Baking apples, peeled
sliced
3/4 Cup(s) Sugar
1 Tablespoon(s) Cinnamon
1/4 Teaspoon(s) Nutmeg
1/4 Teaspoon(s) Ginger
1/4 Cup(s) Apple cider
1/2 Cup(s) Butter or margarine, Butter or margarine or-
Raisins
Vanilla Ice Cream
Directions:
Place apples in a greased 1 quart baking dish. Combine sugar,
cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and apple cider; pour over apples. Dot with
butter. Sprinkle with nuts or raisins. Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 45
~ 60 minutes or until apples are tender. Serve warm over ice cream.
