1 Tablespoon(s) Sugar
1/2 Teaspoon(s) Pepper
1/4 Teaspoon(s) Salt
2 Tablespoon(s) Vegetable oil
1 Tablespoon(s) Lemon Juice
1/2 Teaspoon(s) Garlic, fresh finely
chopped
4 Cup(s) Lettuce, torn
1 Avocado, peeled cut into
wedges
1 Tomato, ripe cut into

1 11 oz. Mandarin orange
segments drained
1/2 Cup(s) Blue Cheese, Crumbled
8 Bacon, crisp crumbled
Directions:
Time: 20 minutes In a small bowl stir together all dressing
ingredients.On a platter or individual salad plates place lettuce.
Arrange avocado,tomato, onion and mandarin orange segments on lettuce;
sprinkle withblue cheese and bacon. Pour dressing over salad. Yield: 6
