1 Teaspoon(s) Minced garlic
1/4 Teaspoon(s) Dry mustard, preferably
1/2 Teaspoon(s) Freshly-ground black pepper
1/8 Teaspoon(s) Freshly-ground white pepper
2 Tablespoon(s) Red wine vinegar
1/2 Teaspoon(s) Worcestershire sauce
1 Dash(s) Hot pepper sauce
1/2 Cup(s) Sour cream
1 1/2 Cup(s) Mayonnaise
1/4 Cup(s) Buttermilk
1/4 Pound(s) Maytag Blue Cheese, crumbled
In a bowl whisk together garlic, mustard, black pepper, and white
pepperand whisk in the vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, and hot pepper
sauce.Add the sour cream, mayonnaise, buttermilk and whisk the dressing
untilit is combined well. Fold in the blue cheese and chill the
dressing,covered, overnight. The dressing keeps, covered and chilled
