Ingredients:
1 1/2 Pound(s) Ground beef
1/4 Teaspoon(s) Salt
1/3 Cup(s) Crumbled blue cheese
3 Ounce(s) Cream cheese, softened
1 Tablespoon(s) Country-style Dijon mustard
4 Onion buns
1 1/2 Cup(s) Fresh mushrooms, sliced 1/4"
2 Onions, sliced 1/8"
1/4 Teaspoon(s) Pepper
1 Tablespoon(s) Worchestershire sauce
4 Ripe tomato
Directions:

In medium bowl stir together ground beef, 1/4 teaspoon salt and
1/4teaspoon pepper. Form into 8 large 1/4" thick patties. In small
bowlstir together blue cheese, cream cheese and mustard. Place about
2tablespoons cheese mixture on top of each of 4 patties. Top each
withremaining meat patty. Press around edges to seal. Place hamburgers
in10" skillet. Cook over medium heat, turning once, until desired
doneness(12 to 15 minutes for medium). Place hamburgers on buns. In
same skilletwith drippings place mushrooms and onions; add 1/4 teaspoon
salt, 1/4teaspoon pepper and Worcestershire sauce. Cook over medium
high heat,stirring occasionally, until tender (4 to 5 minutes).
Meanwhile, placetomato slice on each hamburger; top with grilled
