Ingredients:
3/4 Cup(s) Soft breadcrumbs
1 Ounce(s) Blue Cheese, Crumbled
3 Tablespoon(s) Natural wheat and barley
cereal like Grape-Nuts
2 Tablespoon(s) Scallions, finely chopped
1 Tablespoon(s) Plus 1 tsp. olive oil
4 Pork tenderloins, rib-end
steaks 3/4 inch thick
Directions:
Prep: 15 min, Cook: 10 min.Prepare broiler. Combine first 4 ingredients
and salt and pepper totaste in a bowl and stir. Add oil and toss to mix
well. Set aside. Placepork on broiler pan and broil about 4 inches from
heat 8 minutes,turning once. Remove from broiler and spread crumb
mixture evenly onsteaks. Return to broiler for 1 more minute until
