1/2 Teaspoon(s) Baking soda
1/4 Teaspoon(s) Salt
1 Cup(s) Dark brown sugar - firmly
1/2 Cup(s) White sugar
1 Cup(s) Salted butter - cold and cut
2 Eggs
2 Teaspoon(s) Vanilla extract
2 Cup(s) Semi-sweet chocolate chips
Directions: Preheat oven to 300 degrees. In a medium bowl, combine
theflour, baking soda and salt. Mix well with a wire whisk. In a
largebowl, blend with an electric mixer, the brown sugar, white sugar
atmedium speed. Add the butter and mix to combine. Add the eggs
andvanilla extract and mix at medium speed to form a thick dough. Do
notovermix. Add the flour mixture and the chocolate chips. Blend at
lowspeed until just mixed. Drop by rounded tablespoons onto an
ungreasedcookie sheet. Bake for 22-24 minutes until golden
