Blueberry QuickbreadPreheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease a loaf pan.
Beat butter untilcreamy. Beat in sugar until pale and fluffy. Beat in
eggs, one at atime. Beat in vanilla, baking powder, and salt. Mix
mashed berries intobatter.Fold in half of the flour with a spatula,
then half the milk. addremaining flour and milk. Fold in remaining
blueberries. <Myblueberries sunk. They need to be tossed in the flour
before adding theflour to prevent this.>Place in loaf pan and bake
