3 Tablespoon(s) Milk
Salt and pepper, to taste
4 Bacon, Cooked
1/4 Cup(s) Colby Jack Cheese, shredded
2 Flour tortilla, warmed
While bacon is cooking wisk eggs together with milk, salt and
pepper.Set aside. Warm tortilla. Scramble eggs. Crumble two pieces of
bacononto the center of each tortilla, add 1/2 of cheese to each
tortilla.Divide scrambled eggs evenly onto two tortillas. Fold end up
and thenbeginning with one side fold over and roll tortilla to
close.Can easily double this recipe. Also can add onions and green
pepper formore zest. Serve with ketchup or salsa on the side.Recipe by:
