| 3 | Egg whites | |
| 2 | ts | Cinnamon |
| 2 | ts | Non-alum baking powder MIX THE ABOVE 2 MIXTURES TOGETHER AND ADD: |
| 1 | c | Cooked AM 7 Grain Cereal |
| 5 | c | AM rolled Oats |
| 1/2 | c | Raisins (optional) |
| 1/2 | c | Chopped nuts |
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix well and fill oiled cake pan 3/4 full. Bake 350 F. until light golden brown. This is not a very sweet cake.
