INSTRUCTIONS
Drain mushrooms, reserve liquid, add water if necessary to equal 1/2 cup.
Add bread crumbs, egg(slightly beaten), salt and pepper. Let Stand 5
minutes. Add ground chuck, 1/2 tsp. oregano, half mushroom, mix lightly.
in 9" pie plate form a meat crust. Cut 2 slices cheese in 8 triangles,
;ayer pver meat. Top with pizza sauce, onion, green pepper and remaining
mushrooms. Sprinkle with extra oregano, if desired. Bake at 350 degrees
for 55 minutes. Top with remaining cheese; bake 5 minutes. Let stand 10
minutes before serving.
