INGREDIENTS

| 1/2 | c | Chopped onion |
| 1/2 | c | Chopped green pepper |
| 1 1/2 | c | Cooked regular rice; up to 2 |
INSTRUCTIONS
Cook bacon; drain and crumble, reserving drippings. Fry egg to well-done stage in drippings. Remove egg, and chop; reserve drippings.
