Dairy Irish 1 Servings

INGREDIENTS

1/2 lb Sirloin steak per person
Garlic butter
1 Shot of Irish whiskey per steak
Cream
Salt & pepper
Watercress

INSTRUCTIONS

Rub each side of steak with garlic butter and season with salt and pepper.
Place on a hot griddle or in a large heavy skillet over high heat. Cook on
each side for 3 minutes for rare steak, 4 minutes for medium and 5 minutes
for well-done. Pour whiskey over hot steak and set alight. When flames die
down, put steaks on hot serving plates. Add a little cream to the pan
juices and cook over a fierce heat for a minute or so. Pour sauce over
steaks and serve, garnished with sprigs of watercress.
