Grains, Vegetables Soup 8 Servings

INGREDIENTS

4 c Tomato juice
2 c Chopped seeded peeled tomatoes
1 c Diced green pepper
1 c Diced celery
1 c Diced seeded cucumber
2 Cloves garlic minced
1/2 c Diced onion
1/3 c Tarragon vinegar
2 tb Minced fresh parsley
1 tb Minced chives
1 ts Worcestershire sauce
1 ts Salt; optional
1/2 ts Pepper
2 tb Vegetable oil

INSTRUCTIONS

In a large bowl, combine the first 13 ingredients.  Cover and chill for at
least 4 hours.  Stir in oil before serving.  Serve cold.  Makes 8 servings.
