German Sauce 8 Servings

INGREDIENTS

1 tb Butter
1 Bar (4-oz) German sweet chocolate
1/4 c Prepared coffee
1 c Powdered sugar
1 ds Salt
1/2 ts Vanilla

INSTRUCTIONS

Melt butter and chocolate in coffee over low heat. Add sugar, salt and
vanilla. Beat with a mixer until well blended.  Yield: 8 servings.
