Don’t assume that you understand what someone means by “depression.” Don’t fill in the meaning from your own experience, which may or may not be similar. Instead, listen. Gorgonzola-Chicken Pizza

INGREDIENTS

2 tb Olive oil
1/2 ts Pepper; freshly ground
2 ts Olive oil
2 Cloves garlic; sliced
2 tb Butter or margarine
1 lb Frozen bread dough; thawed
3/4 lb Chicken breast; cut into strips
1/4 lb Gorgonzola cheese; crumbled
2 tb Parmesan cheese; grated
1 tb Fresh sage leaves

INSTRUCTIONS

With 2 tsp oil, grease 14-inch pizza pan; sprinkle with cornmeal. In
skillet, over medium heat, melt butter in remaining oil; saute chicken,
sage, pepper and salt 3 minutes.  Remove.  In drippings, saute onions and
garlic 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 450o F. Pat dough into pizza pan; fold
edges under 1/4 inch. Bake 5 minutes. Sprinkle with onions, then chicken
and cheeses; bake 10 minutes, until golden.
