INGREDIENTS

INSTRUCTIONS
1. In a small bowl whisk together grapefruit juice, vinegar, peanut oil,
sesame oil, and mustard. Chill slightly.
2. Pour dressing over salad and toss to coat.
Makes 1-1/2 cups.
Preparation Time: About 5 minutes
* Timesaver Tip: Dressing can be made up to 1 week ahead and stored,
covered, in refrigerator.
Note: The mild balsamic vinegar makes a difference. Rice wine vinegar and
cider vinegar are suitable alternatives; if you must use wine vinegar,
decrease the amount to taste.
