INSTRUCTIONS
Seed peppers and cut into schunks. In saucepan, boil the vinegar and sugar.
Insert the steel knife into food processor and puree green peppers. Add the
peppers to the cider vinegar mixture. Boil again, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat and stir in pectin and food coloring. Pour in hot,
sterlized jars and seal with parafin.
