I have a recipe from Reed Heardon's "Salsa" cookbook that has never failed
me...best dam hot sauce for dippin i have had...get a big ol cast iron
skillet and roast the chiles, onions and garlic until blackened...gives the
salsa a wonderful smoky flavor...enjoy!
makes about 1 1/2 cups. (i also like to add a bit of fresh cilantro, but
that's a personal fav of mine in salsa)
