We Love God!

God: "I looked for someone to take a stand for me, and stand in the gap" (Ezekiel 22:30)

See how red your guilt is. Mark the scarlet stain. If you were to wash your soul in the Atlantic Ocean, you might incarnadine every wave that washes all its shores, and yet the crimson spots of your transgression would still remain. But plunge into the “fountain filled with blood, drawn from Immanuel’s veins,” and in an instant you are whiter than snow. Every speck, spot, and stain of sin is gone, and gone forever.
C.H. Spurgeon

Please listen to me – you are not paying attention. I am talking to you about the Holy Scriptures, and you are looking at the lamps and the people lighting them. It is very frivolous to be more interested in what the lamplighters are doing... After all, I am lighting a lamp too – the lamp of God’s Word.
John Chrysostom

INGREDIENTS

Minced garlic
Olive oil
Balsamic vinegar
Salt
Pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

MARINADE
Mix ingredients together and marinate Portabello caps 15-20 minutes. Grill
approx. 3 minutes (capside down) , turn. Grill 1 to 1 1/2 minutes on the
underside (dark side). I don't measure, so I can't give exact measurements,
but just about like a vinagrette, just mix and taste it until it tastes
good. It'll BE good! Note: To "kick it up a notch", add red pepper flakes.
BONUS: After you take the mushrooms out to grill, you can use the left over
marinade to dip pieces of french bread in............. Posted to TNT -
