INGREDIENTS

1 lb Ground beef
1 Onion, chopped
2 pk Ramen noodles (beef or oriental flavor best)
2 c Frozen oriental-style vegetables
2 c Water
Chopped green onions for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS

Brown ground beef with onion in large skillet. Drain fat. Dump in frozen
veggies, water, 1 pkg. of seasoning from noodles, and both pkg. of dry
noodles, broken up (easier if you break them up while still in the pkg.)
Allow to simmer with lid on until noodles and veggies are tender. Sprinkle
other seasoning pkg. over top, stir in gently, and then top with chopped
green onions. That's it...nothing gourmet, but my family likes it. Posted
