INSTRUCTIONS
Peel and thinly slice potatoes. Cut sausage into half inch slices; place
in large saucepan and brown on both sides. Add chopped onion and cook until
wilted. Add potatoes, water, salt and pepper. Boil 30 minutes. Add parsley
and simmer 2 minutes longer.
