INGREDIENTS

1 pk (18.25 oz) yellow cake mix
2 c Cold milk
2 pk (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
1 pk (8 oz) cream cheese; softened
1 Carton (8 oz) frozen whipped topping; thawed
1 cn (20 oz) crushed pineapple; drained
1/2 c Chopped maraschino cherries; drained
1/2 c Flaked coconut
1/2 c Chopped walnuts

INSTRUCTIONS

Prepare cake mix according to package instructions, using a greased
15x10x1-inch baking pan. Bake at 350° for 20-25 minutes or until cake tests
done; cool completely. In a mixing bowl, combine milk and pudding mixes;
beat in cream cheese until smooth. Fold in whipped topping. Spread over
cooled cakes. Top with pineapple, cherries, coconut and walnuts.
Refrigerate until serving.
