In a small mixing bowl, blend all of the ingredients until well combined
and fluffy. Pack mixture in a crock and cover tightly and refrigerate.
Allow the butter to stand at room temp. 30 minute before serving. Excellent
on grainy bagels. Makes 2 cups.
